Job Site Wireless Returns and Exchanges Policy
Job Site Wireless will facilitate returns on unopened merchandise for refund or exchange for a period of no longer than fourteen (14) days from original date of accessory shipment delivery.

Opened Merchandise
Opened merchandise (excluding all Bluetooth and non-Bluetooth headsets) can be returned for a period of fourteen days after accessory shipment delivery for a refund or for an exchange. There will be a restocking fee of 20% on all opened merchandise being returned. We
will not, under any circumstances, accept returns on opened Bluetooth and non-Bluetooth headset merchandise. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it through normal manufacturer warranty replacement procedures.

Promotional Items
Any promotional items that were included as part of an accessory sale that is being returned for refund must also be returned. Customer will be charged standard Job Site Wireless fees for any accessories not returned to Job Site Wireless in like-new condition.

Non-refundable items
Non refundable items include labor and/or installation services, JSW On-Site Service and Repair fees.

All returns must be in original new condition and include all accessories

Sprint Direct Accessory Orders
Accessory items purchased directly from Sprint through Job Site Wireless are subject to return policies set by Sprint, not Job Site Wireless. Job Site Wireless cannot be held responsible for those items purchased through Sprint by Job Site Wireless that are not returned to
Sprint in a proper and timely manner by the customer.

Shipping Fees for Returns
Customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with merchandise returns.
